best management tool is yourself. you should go to the library and get the book the total money makeover by dave ramsey it has all the answers on how to build a budget, pay off debt and create Wealth. it can be done as simple as a spreadsheet in your computer. you need to know where your money is going and by writing it out and following the plan you Will win. when you create a budget it takes about 3 months to get use to it and to create a habit of checking it adjusting it and living by it. I do mine every pay period, so every dollar has a name before I get my paycheck so I just pay all the bill for the week and then do groceries and stuff.
